I just want to konw how bad the crime is in the city before i move there. If you could please tell me compared to Buffalo, NY and Rochester, NY that would be great. Or ever compared to other cities around the same size as Charlotte would help me out a great deal.

I live out of state and rent my home in Charlotte. The HOA in Charlotte used to be run by an agency, now I’m receiving bills from an individual who says he is running it now. I received no notice of the change, have no contact phone number for him and I don’t trust making payments to some guy in his house. How do I know if he is legit?

my girlfriend and i are moving down to Charlotte soon and i am looking for the areas in which i wont have to worry when shes home alone and that sort of thing. were looking at apartments in the $6-700+ which I’m sure will be harder to find in the nicer neighborhoods but any suggestions to areas or Apt complexes would be appreciated.
